Refund Policy

Once a package or service has been purchased from Confident Keto it cannot be refunded if:

1. any forms, documents, or content have been emailed from Confident Keto to the client.
2. a username and password have been provided to the client to access the membership only sections of the website.
3. it's been greater than 30 days since the purchase.

If you have purchased a package or service from Confident Keto and have not yet received any forms, documents, content, or username/password, it has been less than 30 days from the time of purchase and would like to request a refund, please contact us at support@confidentketo.org to make the request. Upon review of the request, if the client is eligible for a refund it will be processed by Confident Keto within 72 business hours of the request (please note it may take longer for you to see the funds deposited into your account based on your banking institution's processing timeline).
